Happy Birthday! Oh wow, the list was so awesome. And, I just ended a sentence in an email last night with “not”. Agh! That brought back my entire childhood. You rock sister!!!!
July 6, 2007 at 5:10 am |
Happy Birthday!!! They all pretty much made sense to me except for #44. Actually, most of them made me laugh or blush because they made too much sense. But then, I’ll be 37 soon.

Hey, Happy Birthday to you!
Thanks for the childhood recap. Yeah, I’m right behind you….1972 was my year. My friends and I used to practice doing the moonwalk at recess. I think I enjoyed that Jennifer Garner movie “13 Going on 30″ (I think that’s what it was called) from a couple years ago a little too much (and I downloaded the soundtrack) Perhaps, because I too can do the Thriller dance! And bummer about WHAM!, huh. ha. ha.
Have a great day!

That Annie song- just could not get it out of my head during our adoption trip

Great post and Happy Birthday, hope it’s one of the best ever for you!

Happy birthday! I knew most of the things on your list, but sadly, the ones I didn’t are because I’m older. And really, many things on the list that I did know are because of my younger brother. Well, must go and find that walker….
July 6, 2007 at 12:36 pm |
Happy Birthday, you sneaky girl!!!!!!!!!
July 6, 2007 at 1:24 pm |
Happy 36th and THANK YOU for the laugh!! I am 36 also, but this time around I hate the way the polo shirt collars look …I always want to run and fold them down when I see kids walking by with them up, LOL! I wonder if I could still get my bangs to do that stand up thing??
July 6, 2007 at 2:09 pm |

As you can tell from my e-mail this is totally up my alley. I remember most of these, as I am 38. Hope you don’t mind if I borrow it!
July 7, 2007 at 5:07 pm |
Kathryn,
It’s okay to borrow from the list – I actually compiled the list from a number of lists I found on the web. But general blog etiquette says you should only excerpt and give credit as to the original source whenever possible, so if you could do that, I’d appreciate it! Thanks.
July 11, 2007 at 9:37 am |
Christina, just FYI, I’m still laughing about this list. It fits with my post for today, so I’m going to link back to you when I post later today.
July 11, 2007 at 6:57 pm |
Oh! That hurts! I keep telling Meshack we’re only as old as we feel…and then lists like these pop up. I’m especially traumatized by #s 2, 23, 30, 54, 60 and 82 (I’m not posting any photos!)
Happy Belated Birthday! I had marked this to re-read last week and promptly forgot to come back and leave you a comment. Hope you had a great day!
BTW – If you don’t mind I’m going to share this on my page.
July 11, 2007 at 6:57 pm |
But I’ll wait until my 37th birthday…next month. UGH!
